Figure skating legends Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean have been awarded knighthoods in the New Year Honours list for their services to the sport.
The British duo shot to fame with their iconic performance of “Bolero” at the 1984 Winter Olympics, earning them a perfect score and a gold medal.
